Just had Monroe Fireplace out to service and replace the fan in our Travis DVI gas fireplace insert. They showed up on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, and were very courteous. The fireplace works and looks as good as new. The price was very reasonable. They hit a home run for us!

I have repeatedly used Monroe Fireplace. They are timely, do what they say, and always back-up their work. Their people are friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I tell them what is important to me, (for example cost, warmth, etc) and they deliver at the highest levels. I am very particular and I have to say they consistently exceed my expecations.

I have to admit that when I started my shopping process I was getting more and more confused with every stop I made in the city. After getting a rough idea of what I was looking for I called MFP. After talking with their salesman Paul I felt releaved that someone knew what they where talking about. He convinced me to come into there store and I was glad I did because they had one of the nicest showrooms I had seen. After deciding which stove I liked Paul scheduling me for an estimate and came out to my house a week later. My wife and I where very pleased with the explanation of events that would be taking place and how the pricing worked that we put a deposit down that day. Three weeks later our stove was installed by Russ & Casey and everything went smoothly. Like I said in the title it was an "all around great experience.

Repair and service at Monroe Fireplce is poor at best. We purchased a $4000+ pellet stove from them. Before a year was up the stove stopped working. Leaving us cold. It took over a week for them to bring out a service man. When he arrived. He had no idea how to fix our stove and made numerous calls to the office for instruction. It was a unsavory experience all around. I would not recommend purchasing from Monroe Fireplace in Snohomish..
