My wife and I were looking for our latest RV, We had been looking on Craigslist to see what style (A or C) that we liked and I came across a listing for Open Road RV in Monroe. We made the short drive up there and were greeted by some of the most amazing people. We let them know what we had and what we were looking for and they showed us what they had to offer. We took some time to look around at other dealers up and down the I-5 corridor and found that not only did they have the best deal, they have the best staff. After getting the run around at several dealers we made our way back home to Open Road and purchased our RV. A super clean 06 Class A Georgetown. Their staff is top notch, no pressure and know what they are doing. The sales process was pain free and enjoyable. The parts dept. is friendly and super helpfull as well. We wanted a few "extra's" that they needed to Order. Rob called me within a few day's letting us know our parts were not only in, but if we wanted them shipped to us. We gladly went to pick them up as we felt like we were going to see family.

We purchased our first truck camper in 1979 and gradually over the years we've moved up to a pop-up, folding camper and eventually travel trailers. The journey has been marked with great memories and experiences. We recently purchased a new Wilderness 2175 RB from Open Road RV and the experience has been absolutely WONDERFUL! Open Road made the purchase and trade in seamless. Although many dealers have the similar floor plans and designs, Open Road put together the best trade in and sale price package. As a bonus, the Parts and Service Department went to special lengths to detail and customize our trailer/truck to maintain the accessories we've come accustom to. My wife and I have totally enjoyed our experience with Open Road and are looking forward to the "open road" in our new Wilderness!
