This store is TERRIBLE and the employees are LIARS! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE! For nearly a month this store has jerked us around. First off, don't be fooled by their sign, that is NOT a Verizon store! On Dec. 5 my husband went to this store to get me a new iPhone for my b-day. The people there sold him a gift card so I could pick up my phone on my b-day. They assured him that they would have my phone when I came back in, and if they didn't have what want, I could take that gift card to another Verizon store. ALL LIES!! The gift card they sold us can ONLY be used at GoWireless locations, because they are NOT a Verizon store. I realized this after going to an actual Verizon store, had the new phone in my hand, only to be told I can't use my gift card from GoWireless. Can't even use the gift card to pay my bill. Went back to this store to tell them how they lied to me and my husband. Of course they couldn't help me. Andrew ordered my new phone, and told me it would be here on Dec. 26 and they would call when it came in. Never got a call, so we looked up the tracking # and saw it was delivered on the 20th. We went to the store to pick up my phone and ask why it sat in the store for nearly a week, with no call. The manager made us wait, and then was reluctant to help us, and tried to place the blame on me. Apparently someone tried to call they day after it came in, but never tried to call back or to text me. There was even a note on my file that I already had issues and they needed to contact me when the phone came in. Bottom line: do not be fooled by these IMPOSTERS! DO NOT BUY THEIR GIFT CARDS! THAT IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE!! They are LIARS and CHEATERS! They have horrible customer service, the employees are not trained, and THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE JUST TO MAKE A SALE!! NEVER EVER SHOP THERE!! Save yourself the hassle and just go to a corporate owned Verizon store.
