We can't say enough good things about realtor Susan Davis at Windermere in Monroe. She guided us through the entire process of buying our first rental duplex from (numerous) showings to negotiations to inspections to invaluable advice about being a landlord. When it looked like we wouldn't meet the closing deadline, she even drove an hour away to hand-carry documents from the escrow office to the bank! Sue answered every email and call promptly, and never made us feel like the pests that we undoubtedly were. Now she's stuck with us, because we'll never use another agent to buy or sell real estate.
