I made an appointment a week out. The person setting the appointment asked plenty of questions to "be sure" they could take care of me. I get to my appointment 15 minutes early, and I'm told that they will get me in. I gave them my keys for them to do an alignment. They let my car sit there in the parking lot for 25 minutes. They get in, drive it to the garage, then drive it back to the parking lot. They let my car sit there for another 20 minutes. FINALLY they told me that they weren't going to have the time to do it. So I made an appointment to sit there for 45 minutes. The bald guy (maybe the manager) seemed perfectly content to let my business walk. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. They all seemed shady, and incompetent.
