This place is so messed up... ...

This place is so messed up... i book my WEDDING for april 14th and they booked to get there floors fixed the same day!! they never called me to make sure that i still wanted this day before they doubled booked. I also put down 150 deposit down on the hall and they wont let me have that back either. I asked Wanda if she could move the date back for there floors to get done since i already paid for it and she told me that she couldnt do that! There food isnt as good as it was when Scott worked there. They used to have an AMAZING staff but ever since Steve and Sharon started to be the manager there they have ran this place to the ground. I would of thought that they would of wanted my buisness due to the fact that they need a new roof. We were going to spend about 3000 there but i guess we will find a venue that acutally cares about there customers!!! THIS BUISNESS DOESNT DESERVE THIS STAR THE ONLY REASON WHY I GAVE IT ONE IS YELLOW PAGES MADE ME!!!!!!!

We are sorry this young woman felt she was mistreated, but we cannot be held at fault by any party that is irresponsible and doesn't follow through on procedures for scheduling events. This particular person signed written documents acknowledging Turner Hall policies, which includes very clear and specific information about booking fees, due dates, etc. She missed deadlines for payments by not only a few days or weeks, but by months, even though our Hall Coordinator was more than patient with her and continued to hold the date for her, even without any monetary commitment. The final time our Hall Coordinator contacted her, this person hung up on her. When it was apparent, even months past deadlines, that this party was not interested in the date she had inquired about, another activity was planned, which in this case happened to be floor re-finishing. Additionally, this party is a former employee who very obviously has used this forum to lash out. For this, we apologize to the general public who may read this.
