Provided by YP.comI would not recommend this company.
Went to the dealer for 2 reasons - Dealers have variety, and even though you pay more you pay for them to actually service and check out a used unit. Jason told us our unit would have everything gone over to make sure there were no issues and that it would be cleaned once we decided to buy. The trailer was the one we wanted and we felt comfortable with him so we bought.
After the sale everything changed. The trailer was swept out - but not cleaned. And we found some major issues with rot / water leaking. Took it back next day, and were not allowed to talk to Jason - we had to talk with his dad. He was very rude to me and my wife. Admitted to us that they lied and told us we should have hired a mechanic to look the unit over if we wanted it done.
Overall we would not recommend Classic RV to anyone. They have basically epitomized the used salesperson persona in our case. A good RV dealer is hard to find and we recommend that if you consider them that you keep looking.

Provided by YP.comThe salesman Jason is completely unprofessional, and they sell me a 5th Wheel with toilet completely filled with human feces delivered to my home. He referred to my wife and I as "the type of people " which is completely inappropriate and offensive. Unbelievable how some businesses treat there paying customers.

Provided by YP.comHorrible customer service. Unfortunately, the owner's son, Jason, would not let me get a word in edge wise when I called to inform him that the trailer we spent more than $17,000 (not including down money) on was not washed, piece of mirror broken, sewer hose too short (3ft, lol), we had to pay for towing (was promised free to Jersey Shore)...I was not yelling, cursing or disrepectful when I tried speaking to this manchild; he actually hung up on me when I asked him to listen. All they were willing to do was send me the part for the broken mirror. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS MOM AND POP DUMP!!!! All of their promises were broken once they received the check!!! Ok, now that's done, I am going to enjoy cleaning and fixing my 5th wheel at Avalon..no pain, no gain I guess. By the way, I have never written a review on anything in my life, but felt the need to express my frustration!!!!

Provided by YP.comThis is a follow-up to a review on another site that would not let me follow up on original post about a M/H roof replacement. That review was posted 9-6-'12. It did not paint a pretty picture of my experience with Classic RV at that point. This review is to set the record straight now roof replacement is done. They did an outstanding job on exterior and an admirable job on interior, considering unit is 9 yrs. old. Only one or two small issues missed, otherwise rating would be 5 stars. Wife states that once her & owner Jim got on same page, he was very nice & spent as much time as needed explaining why job took as long as it did. New roof material twice as thick as original factory installed roofing. Jim says 30 yrs. more or less. Unit was detailed inside & out when we arrived. All in all...NICE JOB CLASSIC RV. Will post again (if allowed) should any troubles pop up concerning this roof job. No posts means no problems...everything works and stays dry.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I enjoyed our entire buying experiance at Classic RV. We wanted a few things replaced and repaired before we got it delivered the following week, carpets cleaned, a door handle, just a few small things that would drive a neat freak like me insane if they went unnoticed. We had not been in contact with the salesman for a week when the trailer arrived at my campsite, I was worried it wouldnt be everything I hoped for... and I was right, IT WAS MORE!!! I love my camper and I was thrilled with the way Classic RV handled business. It was an easy and carefree purchase for us. The wonderful young man showed us around for hours until we decided on the one for us, after that the mechanic showed us everything working in our trailer and answered every question my husband asked with obvious knowledge on the topic. Not only did he show us that everything was working, he also showed us HOW to work everything. We signed papers and went home to wait for the delivery. A week later and our new vacation home is here!! THANK YOU CLASSIC RV we will be back !
