Dr Rudin herself is a great Dr. Shes no fuss, right to the point kind of lady. Her staff and the way her facility is ran, however, is a nightmare! Good luck ever getting a call through to them. Its almost always to the on call center that answers. When there was confusion between my PCP office and her office, her staff got an attitude with ME as if I messed up and some important paperwork that needed to be sent within a timely manner was not. I kept calling to see if it was ever turned in and when I finally got through to them the receptionist told me "we sent it to the wrong address and need to resend it. Things have been really busy and sometimes you forget to do things during the chaos."
