LOVE Dr. Rubino. However, the office staff there will prevent me from ever returning to this office. Called to make an appt, but had to leave a message for someone to call me back to make it, and when they did were unable to locate my chart, and when they did none of my history was available and it took them 15mins to find it. VERY scary for a patient with installed hardware from that office. I wanted to be seen by anyone in that office, but insisted I go to Murrysville, otherwise would not be able to make an appointment. Once they forced me into the appointment, I realized I had a meeting that I had to attend, but the process of making or changing an appointment is so long it's just not worth it, and I don't trust them. Locating new physician to be seen somewhere else from now on.

Been going here for 18 years. Would not go any other place.

not only was it next to impossible to get an apt the one time i did have one they did nothing they didnt even check me at all! then inorder to do any blood work i had to make an apt somewere else completely
