Where to begin! My experience at A&L Motors BMW was pleasant and effortless. Truly, this car dealership is quintessential example of exceptional customer service and knowledgeable employees.



Specifically Tommy, (I believe) Manager of Pre-owned, certified BMWs, went above and beyond his duty to A&L Motors. Tommy was extremely thorough in reviewing the attributes of the auto; he left no questions or concerns unanswered. He started the review of the models I was interested in with the lowest accessories/cost vehicle and then proceeded to the vehicles with more accessories. With his detailed, deliberate review, he "left no stone unturned" and I had no questions or concerns regarding my choice. I left happy with my purchase, happy with the way I was treated, happy to have experienced A&L BMW, and happy I met Tommy, a truly exceptional and customer friendly professional!



I can't leave out, Johnny and Nicole, both BMW Genius', who were also exceptional. They both were willing to to stay after hours to help train me on the new technology in my car.



There's no better feeling, than to leave a car dealership with a new car that you're proud of...what a gem. I would highly recommend this dealership. :)
