Matthew Zinn, DO, is a pediatric cardiologist certified by the American Board of Pediatric Cardiology. He is a cardiologist at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. He received his doctoral degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and did his pediatric residency at Jefferson Medical College. He completed a general pediatric cardiology fellowship at Wayne State University followed by an additional year of fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis in cardiomyopathy, heart failure, and heart transplantation. His clinical interests include mechanical circulatory support and heart transplantation. He is the medical director of the Ventricular Assist Device Program and the Dr. Bill Neches Heart Camp for Kids.
