The Mint Indian Restaurant is so some of the most excellent Indian food I have ever eaten. I first discovered Indian cuisine in London, England and Toronto, Canada. I've had "Balti" in Birmingham, England and have been to India. The Mint's all you can eat buffet is on par with these. The variety of gourmet Indian curries was a pleasant surprise and reasonably priced. The service was also very friendly and professional with attendants patrolling to fill your water glass and to bring that extra napkin. I will be dining at The Mint as often as I can--maybe even weekly!
