My elderly mother purchased glasses here. They were very expensive. She spent lots of time telling the sales person about her about her needs. She wanted glasses that would get dark when she went outside and be light when she was inside. The glasses she received hardly changed at all even after having them for almost a month. When this was brought to the attention of the sales person (the same guy that sold her the glasses) he refused to even consider a refund. The glasses she received did not meet her needs. Along with not doing anything to make his customer happy the sales person was very rude to my mother. He already had her money and that was all he cared about. I would STRONGLY recommend shopping elsewhere !

My 81 year old mother purchased glasses here. they were very expensive, but did not meet her needs. When ordering the glasses the sales person was told about her needs in detail. The glasses were to get darker when she was outside and be lighter when inside. We could hardly see any difference at all in the lenses. When this was brought to the attention of the salesperson he refused to even consider a refund. We are totally unsatisfied with the glasses and the treatment we received. I would strongly suggest not shopping here at all!
