if i could rate this lower, i would. the food is awful and overpriced, the waiting time is horrible and the staff is pathetic. not only did i wait 17 mins for my food while literally 6 employees stood at the front desk doing absolutely nothing, they forgot to give me the soup that came with the meal, and the guy couldnt seem to wrap his head around the fact that i had requested both alfredo and marinara sauce.

do yourself a favor: EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

So first.. it smelled bad immediately upon walking in. I was ignored for the first three minutes upon entering before an employee finally looked up and asked "what i wanted". When we were seated I ordered a Bellini Peach tea and got a water. Couldnt find my waiter to get my tea. Finally got to put in an app and got cold calamari that took so long to come out i almost left. The food in general was less than mediocre and the waitstaff was nothing less than inattentive and dismissive to customers. Wont be coming back here.

This is the second time we have been at this restaurant with a group of eight or more very bad service and food was not good some cold had to find a manager to get drinks or breadsticks

We have eaten here many times but no matter what the time of day or night, there is always a Long wait! The service is fair and the meals are preety good but dont go in "ready to eat"
