DO NOT GO HERE! They LIED several times, saying I needed more work than I actually did! Told me I could BREAK DOWN AT ANY TIME if I didn't shell out over $1000 for an EVAP CANISTER! WHAT?! (Long review, but I have MANY complaints!)

Then they told me my brake pads were hanging off, and it was metal on metal, when a family member (who is a mechanic) had checked my brakes the day before and said they were a little worn, but could last several more months -__- Plus, I don't understand how my brakes could be completely worn down like they said, but only need pads and not rotors as well...

I had an appointment Monday and dropped my car off Sunday night. It needed inspection/emissions, A/C work, brakes, and work for a low beam headlight and passenger airbag recalls. By 3pm Monday I hadn't heard anything from Valley Honda, so I called and they informed me they hadn't even looked at my car yet. Around 6:45pm I spoke with a mechanic who told me that it would need $2500 worth of work and may break down at any time if I didn't get it fixed, and of course they leave at 7pm so I had 15 minutes to decide if I wanted to spend the money. And then I find out that they lied anyway, and my car is in no danger of breaking down because of the part I needed!

They knew I couldn't leave my car there for long because I live in Columbus, OH and was only in town a few days specifically for them to work on my car. Dropped it off Sunday, was supposed to be done Monday. They kept it until Tuesday, and I called again Tuesday at about 6:30pm after once again not hearing from a mechanic, and STILL, THE ONLY THING DONE WAS THE RECALL WORK! Two days and they couldn't even put brakes on the car. They offered to do the brakes in 30 minutes, but I told them to forget it, because if it takes

We just purchased a Honda Acco...

We just purchased a Honda Accord 2012 Two door and were very pleased with the salesman Joe that we dealt with. We have been buying cars for over 35 years and Joe was the most professional and respectful car salesman that we have ever did business with. We usually hate doing business with salesman but this time Joe made our experience very enjoyable. My wife and son were also involved in buying this car and also really liked doing business with Joe. The next car we buy or recommend will be Valley Honda Monroville with Joe. Thank you Joe for a great car buying experience.

I've bought several cars from Valley and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! I like the fact that when I come in for service that the same people greet me, remember my name, and treat me very professionally. I've sent numerous people their way who have all had great experiences also!

This dealership sold my husban...

This dealership sold my husband and I a brand new 2011 Honda CRV with body damage. The car was covered in deep scratches, chips on the inside and outside and had to have body work done. The dealership made two attempts to fix the vehicle causing more damage each time. Both sales managers, Steve and Andy, were rude, hostile, disrespectful and nasty. They never apologized and they never put the vehicle in a condition a brand new car should come in. Andy told us all new vehicles come with damage. Honda corporate were as bad as the dealership. We have to pay hundreds of dollars out of our pocket to fix the car. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere. Or better yet, don't buy a Honda at all!!!
