Provided by YP.comWHEN I RETURNED AN ITEM, I WAS TOLD IT WAS NON--REFUNDABLE. WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF THIS AND WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK I WAS TREATED VERY UNKINDLY! WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER SHE STATED SHE WAS THE MANAGER, THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR HER SUPERVISOR SHE STATED THERE WAS NO SUPERVISOR AND SHE WAS IT! SHE GAVE ME A E-MAIL ADDRESS? I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE NOT E-MAIL MY COMPLAINT!
