I am a real estate professional with a background in information technology and project engineering. I have been around real estate most of my life with my father who was an investor. Later in life I worked for several architectural firms doing hospitality projects such as high rise apartments, hotels, and hospitals. I moved into the real estate industry because I wanted a career that was more fulfilling. As a buyer or seller you need a REALTOR® to represent you and help you navigate around all the legal requirements, to use resources only available to real estate professionals, to make offers and handle negotiations, and to market your home.
