Food is from frozen, not authentic and menu is very limited. Place is too small and feels too enclosed. Service not quick and not very informative. Needs a lot of improvement for a new restaurant!!!

The place is clean and comfortable. Paper napkins and chopsticks are in the drawer at every table. However, the waiters didn't tell me that and I had to find out myself. The food is not bad. Considering this place is in Monrovia, I don't have to drive far to San Gabriel or Arcadia for more authentic Chinese food. I think this place offers pretty good Chinese food. The noodle soup is quite good. Fried noodle dishes are not that big. The wonton has no shrimp inside so hopefully they can improve. I would still recommend this place since there is no other similar restaurant in the area.
