I bought a used vehicle and drove into the place to get the transmission serviced. Walked in and spoke to the guys there. They seemed very down to earth and there was no upsell. Told them I wanted to drop the pan and would shop around. Well I came back later and asked them to change out the tranny fluid. I usually change my own oil but they seemed nice ehough so i gave them a try. The tech said "sir" emphasizing once theyre in the groove everything is sir and maam. haha. "This is a drivethrough and we ask that you stay in the car" So I stayed in the car. They offered me a soda or water. I asked for a water which they promptly gave me. Very professional when working. As a backyard mechanic, I guess one slip could cost thousands with a blown tranny or engine so i understand about their professionalism and complete communication twchniques between eachoter while working. They were extremely professional. I wouldnt recommend their recommendation of free additives with oil changes. The price was reasonable due to the fact I was using synthetic for my differentials. They topped off all fluids in the udercarriage. If I need partial service. i will definitely take my vehicles back to these guys.
