My husband & I went to wash our car at the above gas station last week. Not only was the car wash unsatisfying but also the gas station staff was exceptionally rude to us. His name was "Biossi" (the spelling may be a bit off). He yelled at us because we got 2 car washes instead of one. We used the the car wash for the first. We read the instruction, drove our car, and finished our car wash; however, our car got stuck and could not move forward in time. The next customer behind us already put the money in and the signal/light turned red before we successfully moved out of the car wash area. We could not do anything because our car got stuck and the red light was on. By the time we got out, the shampoo was all over on our car. We parked our car and spoke with the gas station attendance; however, he was rude and emotional. We were just explaning what happened but all he did was nothing but yelling and telling/ threatening us that he would call a cop. We did not do anything wrong and rather unpleasantly suprised to see his unprofessional attitude and rude manner to us. We would not go there any more. Hope that the company/owner of the gas station will do the better job in training its employee.
