Expecting to need an appointment, I called around 10:10 one holiday weekday; OK, the Tues before New Years. I was asked when I'd like to come in and said soon, if possible. The friendly girl on the phone said I could come in right away, by 10:30. I was then expecting it to be packed and to wait once there but we were helped right away. It truly is "walk-ins welcome!" My eyebrow waxing was very professional, including wax and plucking for a clean thorough job. She really took her time, in a good way. The girls who did the pedicure didn't keep asking if we wanted this extra or that extra - tricks we've seen before that really add to the bill. OK, so each pedi was $22 but that was the Signature Pedi so we knew it would be nice. The girls were friendly and chatty without being too talkative, and their English was clear and decent. I really had expected a snooty atmosphere and was pleasantly surprised people were so nice. There were enough chairs that they can accommodate many people so it may get busy but this morning was relaxed and comfortable. You cannot see the phone number outside and they weren't in my phone book are the only complaints.
