Do not order from this vendor if you have to call in your measurements! I am a size 8, but was sent a size 12! When I called the shop to discuss this with them, they indicated that they use your largest measurement to determine your dress size! In all the weddings I have ever been in I usually take a size 6...So you can only imagine how big this dress is on me. If it only needed a little to moderate alterations, I wouldn't mind at all, but the lady was extremely rude on the phone and offered no assistance. I asked if I could return the dress for a smaller size and she indicated it would take too long and that I would just have to come there and have it altered, but she made it very clear that it would not be for free! I LIVE HUNDREDS OF MILES AWAY! I have been in many many weddings and never had this happen nor had a vendor that rude!!!! I guess if you are measured at the shop it makes a difference, so she says. TO ME...this individual needs to find a new job! The worst part is that she hung up on me!!!!!!!!! How professional do you say that is?
