Dr. Yevgeniy Kantor’s experience in Internal Medicine started in Russia, where he received his MD and completed his internship at Smolensk State Medical Academy, in Smolensk, Russia in 1997. Before coming to the United States in 2001, Dr. Kantor worked as the Medical Director at Smolensk Regional Nursing Home. Once he emigrated, Dr. Kantor completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Beth Israel Medical Center in 2007 and his fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the Emory University Medical Center in 2009. He has a Russian Federation Medical License in addition to his New York License. Dr. Kantor is Board Certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism, and Internal Medicine and is a Certified Clinical Densitometrist in addition to being certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
