Absolutely no communication and organization with the office and association. They punt their negligence and misguided fees onto the tenants and owners without proper notice. Their poor property management will become your expense. They take no responsibility for their outdated systems. Your fees will go towards half completed maintenance jobs that take half a year to complete. Cars have been towed without proper notice. There is no direct line of communication. Water is turned off frequently without warning. The list goes on and on. There is no respect for those living on the property. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

The place looks like a run down public housing building,exterior in need of paint,driveway needs to be resealed,there is nothing positive about this community a dump.
