I just read the news on your bucket settlement with that poor old man. THIS IS A DISCRACE. YOU ARE HORRIBLE AND VENDICTIVE AND SHOULD BE FINED FOR YOUR ACTIONS

My experience with adriana's insurance was the most horrific of my life. I will always regret dialing their number. They are very unprofessional and just want to steal your money! They do not know one thing of good customer service. Every time I called 1 - 3 of their representatives hung up on me after I asked to talk to their supervisor. I'm not sure if they were scared or if they already knew who I was lol. They need a training with EVERYONE that works at that office because not only the representatives but supervisors don't know how to do their job right. They had me doing the run around so much. I almost had to do their job myself haha. They are associated with Affirmative Insurance and SCJ insurance or i'm not sure if they work for them but they are also VERY unprofessional. But anyway, I do not recommend anyone to ever go through a bad experience with adriana's insurance so I suggest to not ever in their life even think about getting this insurance. Trust me! THEY STOLE

simply amazing! the best! we needed health insurance and we did our own research but ended up overwhelmed with what's all out there.Somehow, someway I found Adriana's. I used a broker for our new car and car insurance and it was a very good experience.So why not for health insurance? I contacted Adriana's and they responded within a day I believe and we scheduled a meeting.At the meeting I was introduced t my broker was very, very helpful. She went over in detail how health insurance works and what all the co-pay, co-insurance, etc. means. and it all made sense.. Long story short she found us a great plan for my husband that fit our budget (even was lower than what we expected!!) and a couple weeks later he got approved!yay! Love her style and love her service. She's also your rep so all questions, issues, etc go through her first. If you're looking for health insurance and/or clueless go to Adriana's asap. She does other types of insurance too so just check out her website

I love Adriana's Insurance. I have been with them for several years and always have had excellant service regarding any isuues. I had to file a claim yesterday and everyone from the gal at the desk to the adjustor was polite, very professional and prompt... I don:t think you could have better customer service, rates and reliability!!!!

I wasnt having a good day. I was feeling grouchy because my current insurance company raised my monthly payment up to 3x more because of a simple ticket. They couldnt lower my monthly payment so looking for insurance I came across Adrianas Insurance. They treated me good and helped me not to pay a lot more with the other company. Thanks

The biggest scam artists I have ever met. They take advantage of latinos. If you try to question them they try to confuse you and give you the run around. Do not trust these people. They recently scammed me for around $700 dollars. They admitted they made a mistake yet refuse to reimburse my money. If you have dealt with the same kind of issues or anything related please call the insurance bureau of investigation. Alone we cannot stop these evil money hungry people.

I got a good deal so far, my dad choose to go with them because they market to latinos, but in my experience in general any company in L.A that is made to market to latinos, are the ones who take advantage of us. I like the product i pay for but ive had issues with some of the employees, some seem to feel to big for their non-english speaking clients. Plus idk if thats normal but why is there a 10$ fee for makin a payment!

I got insurance for my self over 1 year ago on my 83 toyota corolla, then my wife purchased a 92 nissan max, we when to ad the car on my policy. they recomended to have the policy under her name because it was goin to cheaper, because of my tickets. so we got both car insure under her policy money coming out of my bank account, I got my wife a 2009 toyota so back to adrianas and add the new car put me as a driver on her nissan and remove my old toyota, they said to keep it on the policy until I sell it. fine. a month later I sell the toyota, back to adrianas to make the change each time we go in is $50.00 so we verify everything is good me as driver of the 92 nissan wife driver 09 toyota, money still coming out of my account. I had a small accident on a rented uhaul truck I did purchase insurance so, I go file the claim with my insurance few day later the call me and tell me that I dont' i'm excluded and im not insured on any of my cars. this is wrong that they did. do not go there rip

I saw their commericals on TV, so I decided to check them out, price wise. My overall experience was great, I didn't have any problems and they saved me $$$ on my car insurance and renters insurance...They have a comment card that you fill out, which I think is great, it shows that they care about what their customers think of their service. I would recommed this company!

I actually work for adrianas insurance and have been for the past 4 years. I have no idea why all these bitter ex employees are taking time out of their boring days to write bad reviews on this company. If you're complaining about a boss being a boss and yelling, then sweetheart your living in a dream. We live in the real world where we work in a business that is very competitive. If you are wasting your time whining about this and that then go join a covenant. We actually do help alot of people and we do help them the best way possible as far as i go and the colleagues i work with.

Adrianas insurance is the best. They helped me with the best service possible and saved me alot of money. They really do mean what they say when it comes to saving the customer money. Take my advice like i took my friends, switch to Adrianas insurance or you can just stay with your current auto insurance and pay more than what you should for the same coverage.

I was paying around $110 a month on auto insurance for the past year. I knew i had to switch because i could get the same coverage at a more convenient price. I went down to Adriana's and got exactly what I needed and now I pay about $60. On top of that, the people who work there are very nice and attentive. -Alberto

Came here a few days ago and i got what i needed. The guy who helped me was very nice and answered all my questions and concerns i had. I would recommend anyone to choose Adriana's insurance.

It literally took minutes for me to get a quote over the phone. I was a little skeptical at first with how various insurance companies advertise on how theirs is the best and lowest price but adriana's is the real deal. I recommend anyone who has thought of calling Adrianas insurance. That same day i went and received the best customer service and helped me with the best policy that was right for my needs.
