So I went to this Burger King in Montclair,and i was shocked at how i was treated! I went inside to order up front, and so i asked what i wanted and then i was asking for my cousin's order; "can i also have some chicken nuggets?" I repeated what i said again. Cashier: "What?" Then she turns to my little cousin and asks her. My cousin tells her, "chicken nuggets" Cashier: "Chicken sandwich?" I say no, and i correct her, "no, chicken nuggets" Cashier then says: "I don't understand you, It's cus you talk so ughhh!" and she makes a very dirty face at us. When we get home, i look at the receipt for a number to call but i dont find one, and the receipt doesnt say the name of the cashier! I come from Chicago, and when i get back i look up the number in yellow pages and call to complain. A lady answers and i ask her for the manager, she's like "this is the manager". I tell her how i got treated and then she's like, "well there's nothing i can really do about it!"... I was shocked that the manager couldn't do anything about it. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go here ever!! Plus the tendercrisp that i got, was really nasty and the chicken was too hard... : (
