I Went to Metro Honda to get a 2012 Civic coupe, alabaster silver metallic.

The highlights: Payne chose the car with the lowest miles out of all their 2012 civic coupe lx on the lot.

Upon delivery, Payne took me out to my car and motioned towards my car with an artful wave of his hand and excitedly said " They filled the gas tank all the way!" I felt like a queen. I bought 3 cars at Honda of Corona and they NEVER filled the gas tank. I would never in a MILLION years expect a Honda dealership to fill the gas tank, but it really happened!

Payne is one of the nicest, most patient, gracious people I have ever met in my life. Sean was thorough, quick, and friendly as well. Gail was awesome (he really worked with me on price!)

If you're looking for your next new Honda, or used car, Metro has plenty to choose from. Just be sure to ask for Payne. He really went the extra mile for me and that spoke volumes.

Horrible!! Don't recommend 0 STARS!!!!!

They didn't help us with anything I'm a first time buyer and this was a terrible experience. The guy who "helped" name was Sunday he said he had 10 years experiance selling cars more like 10 years of lying!!!! He was constantly hassling me to give a bigger down payment. And they were offering me nothing for my trade in it was a slap in the face!!! They were showing me Nissans I wanted to see Hondas!! Then they showed us a car and then told us the finances guy wasn't here to leave and they would call us back and they never did!! They were rude!! And unprofessional!! METRO NISSAN across the street was great we got approved the same day && thy really work with you ASK for PATTY she is the BEST!!!

This is the horrible car deale...

This is the horrible car dealer I have ever visited in my life. They are completely racist. When I was negotiating with sales person for Honda Fit, the manager just interfered and asked me to pay specific amount of down payment. When I informed him about the trade-in my current Honda accord and $1000/- as a down payment, he said its not enough and asked me to go home. I just felt insulted and miserable. There were other family's sitting and negotiating with different sales person, I don't understand why he just interfered with my process and asked me to go home. I am sure he thought that I am brown skin guy and can not afford to buy new car.

I would not recommend the serv...

I would not recommend the service department at Metro Honda, Montclair, CA to anyone. They have no customer service when you approach their counter with 4 men seated there. My daughter took her new Honda CRV there a few months ago on a recall and was treated with no respect; I thought it was because she was a young woman. On February 8th, I was with her and the oil light came on for the 1st oil change, I phoned Metro to schedule an appointment but was told that was not necessary. When we arrived at the service counter, no one of the 4 men behind the counter greeted us(one was on the phone, the other 3 just sat there. I finally walked up and said that we had called for an oil change for the 1st time with a new Honda CRV. No expression, one man said who did you talk to and I said that I did not know. He then said, "Did anyone talk to this woman?" Finally the man on the phone raised his hand and the other one said, "Go talk to him." My daughter and I stood there for 15 or 20 minutes while this man continued his phone conversation so I approached the counter again and said, "Could we have some WA state hospitality?" A man named Steve got up and followed us out to the car. I had told him that we were told in WA that the 1st oil chnage would be complimentary and Steve said, not here. He then told us it would be $89 something and I said, "For an oil change?" Then I phoned the dealership where we bought the car and they told us to take the Honda somethere else and that an oil change should not be more than $45. I am only giving this a star because my review with not be posted!

Be careful of the trick they ...

Be careful of the trick they pulled on us . We bought a used car for $10,900. The finance dept. said we qualified for a 15% loan but if we paid $800 for gap insurance $2,000 for an extended warranty and $1,300 for theft replacement insurance we could get a loan for 6%. When we asked why not give us a loan at 6% without the $4,100 in extras we did not want, the loan officer said the bank might not want to loan at 6% without a warranty(We know now that was a lie ,the banks don't care if you have a warranty they just wanted to make more profit on all that extra stuff) . We didn't want a loan at 15% so signed with the 6% Fortunately we read the contracts later. You can cancel the gap ins. , ext. warranty , and theft ins. any time if within 30 days with full refund and that is what we did !!!! now we have a loan at 6% and took off $4,100 from the loan.
