Provided by YP.comI made an appointment for my dog to be groomed two weeks ahead of time. The appointment day was here......... but not the groomer!!!! They never showed up or even took the time to call to cancell. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
sorry you feel that way but i think you are the person that booked an appointment and gave me the wrong address and the wrong phone number because i called and it was out of service if this is you i would love to get the chance to talk to you again and please give me a working phone number this time because i always call to confirm appointments before i show up to make sure you are aware of the appointment,i called the number that you gave me but the number was out of service so my only thing to do was drive by the address you gave me but it was also wrong by one number if you have any questions please call me i would love to get the chance to talk to you too!

Provided by YP.comOn a Thursday, I made an appointment for the following Tuesday at 5PM. At about 4:15PM on Tuesday, I received a call from the groomer saying she could not keep the 5PM appointment because her sister did not show up to help her. She said she would wait for her son to come home and he would help. I offered to help, but she declined,saying owners made the pets more nervous. We re-scheduled for 7:30PM the same evening, because she would be in the area for another customer. She did not call nor show up for my cat's appoinment.
