I went to Radio Shack and Staples looking for help. No luck. I was on my way home when by chance I spotted Catcom's store front. Success! The young man who helped me was far more knowledgeable and willing to help me than the so-called techies at Radio Shack and Staples. He knew that the part I needed for my Asus laptop was comparable to a Toshiba part. A few minutes later, i was,in my car heading home with the part i needed. Problem solved. Reasonable price. Great customer service.

This experience is another reason why I prefer doing business with locally owned small businesses, instead of chain stores.

I have another laptop that needs servicing. I'm going to use their Yelp discount offer and have Catcom fix that laptop as well.
