I just dealt with a staff person on the phone. This had to be the rudest man i have ever dealt with in my life. I called to complain about a bus that did not stop at a bus stop when it was supposed to and just drove right passed. The man on phone put me on hold in the middle of my conversation, to take "another call" when he finally took me off hold and i explained what happen.. He so rudely told me he did not understand what i was saying because the bus has to run on a schedule. I continued to explain to him that the bus did not stick to its schedule and just drove passed the stop. He told me all he could do was just talk to the bus drive and then hung up on me.

They pull this strike stunt every year.
