BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH! I am an avid biker and though I heard for years that these guys were rude, l I went because their webpage had the bike I wanted to buy for my son for less than Jay's in Westfield where I normally go. The guy who helped me could not have been less helpful despite the fact that there was nobody else in the store. I was about to buy the bike when he told me it cost $20 nore than it was online. When I inquired about it and showed him the page on my phone he said "I don't know what to tell you. I don't design the webpage and neither does the owner." and then walked away and went back to staring at his phone. Unbelievably rude. STAY AWAY!!!!!
