"$90 dollars up front, to check my projector" is what they told me after I walked in through the front door. I Was pretty much shocked and disappointed after, I had previously called and talking to one of there phone reps, letting them know what the problem was and all that was needed was just a bulb replacement. There rep had told me that they can check it and fix it or if I didn't want to have it fixed by them I would just have to pay the fee. But it was different when I had showed up To there location I had to pay $90 dollars up front just to check my projector. That kind of made me run the other way when I had already told them what the problem was. It sucks how these people try to make there business by charging people $90 dollars to check the problem and then add whatever they want extra, for parts and labor. When the customer brining there electronic already knows the problem. Yeah wouldn't really recommend this place to anyone that doesn't have those extra $90 dollars to spend just so they can tell you what you already know.
