Do not ever get insurance with these people. They could care less about you if you already have a policy. They tell you they will call you back and never do. Leave messages for them to call you back and they won't. All their voice mail boxes are full and whenever you call your agent will be conveniently out to lunch, or in a meeting, or with a client, etc... but will never call you back. I experienced this with both Teri and Gustavo from that office. I have called over a half dozen times in the past several weeks, left several messages and am still waiting for a call back. I will definitely be canceling this policy and buyers beware to anyone that might be considering doing business with them.
