I have been a pt at Root Vision Endo in the past I personally had a great experience from Nadia and Shailene. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable they explained everything before and went over my insurance benefits with me. I had a very pleasant visit considering I was there to retreat a Root Canal that my regular dentist wasn't able to take care of. I was hesitant to go to Root Vision but was pleasantly surprised at the great service I received. Hopefully I never need another Root Canal again, but if I do I know where im going.

Service here is the worst. Nadia should not be in customer service. They said they would call my doctor to get my insurance information, they didn't. I asked them if they needed me to get it for them but they said they would get it. The best part is they blamed me not providing them with the information.



They never called me back when I left messages. After I canceled my appointment they called me from different numbers to apologize after I told them to stop calling me.



I had an appointment at 12 and i wasn't seen till 1.



Do yourself a favor and get your root canal done at a place that is professional.
