I had my vehicle serviced here many times. They were very accommodating when I was in urgent need of repairs. Honest, fast, and reliable!

Can't say enough good things about Mark at Nappralas.. Had our truck towed there after we got a flat tire and also had a flat spare heading back to Michigan's U.P. on I-39. Mark stayed an extra hour after close to fix both tires for us and got our family back on the road.. Very reasonable price for what he did...Thanks Mark - Beahls towing was great too.

Awful. Stay away. My daughter bought tires. They put then on. One tire went flat a few days later. She took it back. Owner charged her for a different tire. It's a rip-off. Now that same tire is bad. She's going elsewhere.

Napralla Tires has been a staple of Montello for many many yrs. I would recommend going there for just about anything. They know what they are doing and are honest. Not only do they work on trucks and auto but they also do tractors on the farm.

What a JOKE it was doing business with these people. We took our car in for 4 new tires, drove 7 MILES home and parked the car in the garage. The next time we went to drive it, the tire came off the rim. We drove 7 MILES back to Napralla's and were told the rim had cracked. Our mechanic (a real one) told us that the machines used to put tires on the vehicle crack rims quite often if the person is not careful. When we told them that we believed that they were at fault, without hesitation they were NOT WILLING TO DO ANYTHING!! I just wonder how a rim can crack from driving 7 MILES and being parked in the garage. I wouldn't send my WORST ENEMY there.....JERKS!

The customer service is awesome! Mark Napralla (the owner) listens to what you want and what you need. He cares! If he doesn't have what you need in his shop, he finds it for you!



I have done business with some other tire places in town, and no way will they ever compare to Napralla's!!!!
