Do not go here!! I had two dogs and a cat neutered here through a low cost neuter program and I dropped my animals off. When I picked them up I specifically asked if there was anything else I needed to do with meds or the stitches. I was told nope, you're good to go! The next day my one dog's sack appeared to be folded in and stitched weird and it was infected and starting to fill with blood. I rushed to my regular vet and was told that he was infected and the type of neuter done was not standard although acceptable as low standard "quickie" neuter. Not enough of the sack was removed and this can lead to the current issues I was seeing. Antibiotic were given.



Fast forward a few weeks to a month. I'm looking closely at my dogs sack and realize that soluble (absorbing?) Stitches WERE NOT USED AND I WAS NOT TOLD! I call the original vet today and speak with someone. I explain the situation and she says,"well, it looks like they forgot to give you the papers explaining this. Oh well. That's all that happened." I said "what concerns me is that you aren't bothered by this mistake! " she tells me"well it wasn't MY mistake" . "Umm all the more reason to be appalled!" Was my response. Don't go here. They are hacks and appear to be just plain ignorant. I'm taking my animals to my regular vet to have their stitches removed and wouldn't trust this place with a rat!
