Not only was the room not cleaned for more than two hours after check in time, our room was double booked. When we confronted the management he made excuses for the poor work of the staff and refused to compensate us for the inconveniences. He was exceptionally rude and not only insulted us, but threatened us. Not only is the service terrible, our towels had yellow stains from the previous costumers and the window leading to the back ally's screen is missing. A homeless man sleeps in the corridors and stairways of the motel making your stay unbelievably awkward. I would NEVER recommend this motel and encourage others to advise friends and family to stay away from it.
