Stay away from Lambert !



They did such a poor job on the roof that it began to leak only a few months after (and not just minor leaks – the inside the house began to dip in several places and water damaged several pieces of furniture). When they came out to the house they refused to fix the problems saying it was not their fault!?!?



To add insult to injury, a couple days later, in the middle of the night, an upstairs window blew out during a wind storm. When someone came out to fix it the next morning, they looked perplexed at the broken glass still lodged in the window.



The double pane safety glass had been replaced by a piece of single pane (non-safety) glass and very poorly caulked into the frame with silicone calk. Someone had broken the window…and recently.



The only people that were ten plus feet off the ground in this area of the house were Lambert Roofing.

My boss had gone away for a weekend business meeting and realized after she got there that she forgot her laptop cord. It was Friday afternoon and I had to overnight it to her so it would get there on Saturday morning. I was panicked when I got to the UPS store, convinced that I had missed the pick-up time and not sure if they even delivered on Saturday. With just minutes to the pick-up time, the employees there rushed to pack the cord and get it on the truck just in time to make if for an AM delivery the next day. They were so helpful and re-assuring; I was able to relax for the rest of the weekend. I can't thank them enough. They really saved my a$@ : )
