Mangold has been a real pleasure to work with. In spite of the fact that Mangold is one of the largest property management firms in the Monterey Bay Area I have always received wonderful personal service.

Our business rents space through Mangold Properties and has been very pleased with their management. When leaving messages at their office, communication follow-through has been excellent with prompt response to inquiries and requests. Scott Coming is personable, professional, and responsive to any problems we may encounter. We cannot ask for more from the landlords or the property managers. We can highly recommend their management services.

I've lived in a Mangold managed home for many years. I wouldn't move anywhere because this place is always quiet, clean, and has very responsible staff. I am a very satisfied tenant!

In my case, as a landlord, Mangold takes care of the advertising, application and check out processes. I handle much (but not all) of the maintenance. Thankfully, being close to DLI, MIIS, and NPGS keeps my units in demand. Mangold collects rents, pays utilities, advises on maintenance issues, takes care of emergency problems and handles it all pretty well.

I have been renting for a long time and from lots of different managers. The folks here have been some of the best. They care about maintenance concerns and are easy to reach when needed. Thats not always the case with some companies.

Francisco is a high quality person to deal with and I enjoy my office visits and talk to him. He always puts me at ease

Mangold property management has very hardworking individuals working on their team. I do agree that they may be understaffed but they are clearly doing something right to continually build a business decades. I am a owner on multiple properties and have been very happy with Mangold.

We've been living in a Mangold property for a few years now, and they have always been quick to fix things and easy to work with.



The ladies who answer the phone, Maria and Olga, are very nice and professional and take care of what you need or transfer you to where you need to go.



A lot of the properties are not pet friendly, but that isn't their choice. I would give Mangold a call and give them a try. The rental rates won't break the bank.

I've been a tenant for over 3 years now, and have never had any problems with my apartment. I'm lucky enough to live in a building in a quiet neighborhood, and none of my neighbors have ever been a problem. There have been occasional maintenance issues - a burst pipe or inconsistent heat - but the Mangold PM facilities crew always fixes the problems in no time at all. I do wish the apartment complex were entirely non-smoking, although I don’t expect that it will be. And I do love the ivy and replanting that’s been going on, it is a great improvement.

The people at Mangold Property Management really are unsung heroes in many respects. I want to thank them for their quick response on the recent plumbing issues in my property. I arrived in Monterey from Portugal and had contacted Christine Clauser prior to my arrival. We found a great apartment in Greenwich Village in less than two weeks. By my second week in MontereyI was already moving in. Christine was very helpful and friendly. I worked with many brokers in those two crazy weeks, but I feel that the people at best apartments actually managed to show me the better apartments available at that time and for the price range I had set.

Is the best property management in Monterey Peninsula, best rental prices in the area .
