was referred to him to do my divorce by attorney who told me that he was cheaper and really good. he's really nice and funny. i started crying in his office and he pulled out a box of kleenex for me. i guess that happens alot. i noticed lots of historical pictures on his wall. he is really into American history. the price was reasonable and he filed my divorce papers the same day i came in. he is really busy his phone rings a lot. he was very honest with me and considered not taking my case because he wasn't sure of a couple of things about my husbands retirement account. he looked it up and was able to do it. i was surprised that he has been in business around 20 years. he doesn't look that old. it was kind of hard to find his office. it's near the AAA office in Monterey which is also near the Monte Vista Market. parking was great. everything went smoothly with my ex. i didn't have to appear in court for the divorce.

He handled my divorce quickly and efficiently. I looked into hiring a lawyer who wanted thousands of dollars. Then I tried to do it myself with the help of the courthouse. It was too frustrating. I hired Michael to prepare and file my documents, and it was a lot easier than I thought. I did not have to do any filing myself or even appear in front of a judge. I hope I don't need another divorce, but if I do, I'll be back.
