I went into their store not knowing which dog food to get for my one dog who is allergic to chicken. The girl employee pointed out a brand called Natural Balance the venison and sweet potato formula. This was the one, he and my other dogs have been on that ever since with no breakouts or itching. Their employees were helpful and knowledgeable, and there was no wait at the register! I couldn't be happier with my experience and can't wait to go back for treats!

I cried, seriously. I have two toy poodles and asked that they have their fur cut short and paws clean with their little afros and poofs on their tails. Any other groomer does that SUPER easily. This girl, no. She didn't shave them even, left the fur on their paws long (makes NO sense) and shaved off their poof AND little afros, I was pissed. Guess what I got back? A whopping twenty dollars. I ended up paying $60 for a half assed bath and a terrible grooming. I would've payed that at Petsmart for a fantastic job. Never going back again.
