I was referred by Hishizaki to them as a preferred service provider. DO NOT USE!!! Mark, the owner, is very difficult to do business with. The first indication of our problem was the price. He charged us $960 to "install" an ice machine. I had personally moved the ice machine to it's location, had the outlet wired and the plug on the machine wired. I also had the pipes for the system relocated to within a foot of the machine. All he had to do was connect the pipes and turn it on. For $900!!! Then, he told me (in very broken English), that my new water filters were not compatible and insisted on installing an old filter. When i finally got through to Hishizaki, they informed me that my filters were fine and would work well with the machine. I called Mark, but he refused to swap them out unless we paid him another $137!!! I couldn't believe it. I called him and he screamed at me, "What?! you think everytime you have a problem we will work for free?!" He told me I couldn't use the filters, and that was his mistake. He also did not test the inlet water temp, pressure, or water temp, which are all pertinent info to longevity of our machine.
