The female worker, Joanna, was absolutely great! I went in to buy a phone with Virgin Mobile and after being completely dissatisfied with their service I went back to return it but since I could not return the phone she gave me advice to sell it. When I sold the phone the person I sold it to was having many problems with it, none of which the own phones company, Virgin Mobile, was willing to fix. While Virgin Mobile was ready to let the phone go to waste and was bluntly rude basically telling us we were out of luck, the Radio shack sales clerk was willing to help beyond what she really should've going out of her way.
