Personally I had a negative expirience at Rose Nails. First, they were not as clean as I expected. Secondly, I told them exactly what I wanted, but they did what they wanted and did not inform me of the cost until it was time to pay at which time I had no other choice but to pay. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the person in charge and she did not acknowledge my concerns. The pedicure I received lasted less than 8 minutes. I will not return.
