Travis has been working on a multitude of vehicles from all my oil changes to replacing rear ends etc. He is my go to. Never have I returned a vehicle to have work re-done. Always right the first time and his prices are the best! This business is owned and repairs done by the owner.

I've been taking my truck to Possum Trot Repair for several years now and in general have been very pleased, especially with the timeliness of any work done. However, most recently I was disappointed: The seal on the transmission had broken on Tuesday and he towed it in that evening. I called on Friday afternoon to see if the work was completed and I could pick it up. Travis said it should be ready by 8:30 - 9 pm that evening. However, when I arrived to pick it up at the appointed time, it was clear he had not even started the job! He did say he would try to get it done the next day (Saturday). I tried numerous times during Saturday but he never answered his phone. I also left one message. Please, please, be honest with the customer! Just say it's not ready and give a reasonable amount of time for me to check back and then answer the phone!
