I called to see if they had a tail/brake light for my Ford Escape. The gentleman I dealt with not only double checked it was the right light bulb, but he installed it for me. He was so very nice and helpful and courteous that this is now my new auto parts store for everything, and I don't even live in Montesano ! Barbara Courneya
