We've been boarding our kitty, Desmond, with Sue Leslie for 3 out of his 4 years. (Desi's vet offered small cages, twice daily feedings & clean litter...Good but not even close to what Desmond's personality & playfulness require.) He likes other cats & when some of his other buds are in for boarding with Sue, it's party time! If your kitty is more solitary, there are places for him/her to feel comfortable & still get the exercise they want. We've asked Sue never to retire since we don't know where we'd board our gregarious Desi when we vacation! We live in Tacoma. Montesano is worth the drive from wherever you live. Your cat will love it & you won't feel guilty as you leave Sue's driveway.

This place is a godsend! I was concerned with boarding my cat since all other facilities board dogs, too...I knew my Alice would be stressed with dogs barking and all the commotion with dogs. The Country Inn For Cats is for CATS ONLY and is beautiful.. This place is brand new and was well thought out to make cats relaxed and cozy just like they advertise: "cozy cat boarding". The owner Sue is super friendly and very accommodating. We needed to check in on a Sunday evening to catch a early flight the following day and "no problem". The cats have huge condo cages and have fleece covered platforms to lay on and each have a window to look out of. The cats have a separate play room with climbing toys and even have a TV to watch Animal Planet. This place is NICE and we rate it as excellent. I will always use this place for boarding my precious Alice when we travel. ###A happy customer, Sarah
