The Montevallo McDonalds's lobby is rather nice and lot cleaner recently than it has been in the past. Although, the restrooms have been consistently disgusting and I would rather go somewhere else to even to as little as wash my hands. Overall, since under new management it is better. Can not be worse than KFC.

Racists against white people. My mom and I went in there yesterday during the art walk to get a cup of coffee and there was only one other person in line in front of us. She stood there having a casual conversation about a new car with the manager (black guy) for 10 minutes but never ordered anything. During this whole time there was a black girl/guy? counting a till very slowly at the checkout with the manager watching over her/him. Then the manager counted the money twice. There was a white girl behind another register and about a total of at least a half a dozen employees standing around doing nothing (mostly black). No one offered to help or even acknowledged that we were there. Not even the manager and we were standing right in front of him. This went on for twenty minutes. It was as if they intentionally ignored us because we were white. I have never been so insulted in my life and I feel the owner of this store needs to know what a mess they have there. I will never ever ever go in there again and I will tell everyone I know about this! We finally left the store but as we left I made sure to tell the other people that were walking in what had just happened and what they could expect in there. I'll give it one star only because the building itself was nice and it looked pretty clean but consider yourself warned!

Mcdonalds in montevallo for words.. ewww nicole..I asked for a Big Mac and a large Ice cream..I saw her name tag that said Nicole..when I pulled my car around to the last window she just droped tha food on the ground and told me that always happen. She ment to do that and started laughing and tha order was wrong..she will lie and tell you any thing

Britony spit in my milkshake and inside my dads burger nasty. People work at Mcdonalds in Montevallo. Thugs hang out there after school around 3:15 so all you people run Mon thru fri school hours. Tony kent. Nicole is the Manager who works there and is lazy sloppy and don't care for others
