Excellent service. I was locked out of my home and called Action and the young man who came out got me in in no time. I have their number saved now and I'm using Action from now on!

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this company on yesterday. He was the one that got us out of a jam! Excellent customer service. Very professional! I would recommend them over and over again!

Business opens at 8:30. I sat outside waiting for it to open from 8 until 8:45. Called at 8:45 since nobody had showed up. Owner said they open at 8:30 but nobody would be there till later. I would not recommend doing business with people who don't care to show up on time and who don't care if they waste your time or not.

I just used Action Locksmith Service and Kenneth was AWESOME!!! He was SO professional and he came out super fast even though it wasn't an emergency-type call. He did EXCELLENT work and did it VERY quickly and made sure everything worked perfectly!! He also made sure we had plenty of spare keys!! He even widened one of the holes to assure we didn't break our keys trying to get in and out and gave my Grandmother an extra large key for easier grip (SO thoughtful!!!). He had told us that we didn't have to change every doorknob and deadbolt, but that we could just "rekey" them, which I'm not a key aficionado, so I didn't know about which really cut the cost down. I don't think a lot of other places would have done that. I programmed their number in my phone in case I need a locksmith again, I will DEFINITELY be using Action Locksmith Service!!! I've actually used this service twice in the past few years, didn't remember until I saw the driver was the same person. She seems happy to help, smiling and whistling. She said she'd be here in 15 minutes. She was here in 15 minutes. She took cash OR card, not used to that. She even quoted me a price cheaper than 2 other competitors. Fast, friendly, even competitive pricing. 24 hour service too I believe. Go with action! They're better than the ones with all the advertisements who were understaffed and overpriced! Cause the other 2 never called back, I waited 45 minutes before finding action locksmith who took 15, just awesome.
