They have the worse customer service. I have been there a few times and it's always something. Slow speed of service and bad Attitudes are all that exist that place. That restaurant should go the way of the dinosaurs or The Montgomery mall.

I'm a huge fan of Applebee's but tonight I was very unsatisfied. Our waitress and manager were both rude & very unprofessional! I've never in all my visits experienced service like this! I truly believe I was a victim of a racist act and I'm surely going to report it. I don't know if anything will be done about this issue but at least I know I've done my part...JMJ-P

Have visited many Applebees over the years - this was the most disappointing. 5 of us - 3 meals arrived a full 7-8 minutes before the last 2 showed up. The food was very overcooked and dry (fajitas, children's burger, fried chicken salad especially). Had to beg for refills on water. Not a good open in north Montgomery.

Great food and they have a Weight Watchers menu!
